Wow, Malaysia Will Receive RM30 Billion Investment From Japan!
<p> Recently, the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI), Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz announced that Japan is interested in investing as much as RM30 billion as a result of the support of companies from that country this year.</p><p><br /></p><p>He also said that the private sector of both countries has high confidence in investment this time even though the global economy is seen to be relatively slow.</p><p><br /></p><p>Tengku Zafrul is also very confident that this investment can be utilized in the best way by the ministry and hopes that trade growth for Malaysia-Japan remains optimistic.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Japan is Malaysia's fourth largest trading partner for eight consecutive years from 2015 to 2022.</p><p><br /></p><p>He also said that Japan had invested RM91.89 billion for their 2,778 projects in Malaysia last June and had created 337,758 job opportunities.</p><p><br /></p><p>Based on this MoU, the result of this investment will further increase business communication and exports for both countries.</p>
