Westpac cuts its New Zealand Q4 CPI forecast to 0.3% (from 0.6%)

<p>Westpac has slashed its expectation for New Zealand Q4 CPI inflation to 0.3% from its previous 0.6% forecast.</p><p>WPAC cite weaker November data. </p><p>NZD/USD down a few tics:</p><p>If inflation drops away the RBNZ may well not hold rates so high for so long, which is a headwind for NZD at the margin.</p>
