Vitalik Buterin Sends $600K ETH To Coinbase, What's His Motive?

<p>&nbsp;"Hmm Buterin has done the same thing before, what is the reason?"</p><p><br /></p><p>Recently, blockchain custodians revealed that several Ethereum (ETH) transactions totaling more than $3.9 million were removed from the wallet of ETH co-founder Vitalik Buterin in September 2023.</p><p><br /></p><p>On September 25, 2023, 400 ETH worth $632,000 was removed from Buterin's wallet to the Coinbase cryptocurrency exchange.</p><p><br /></p><p>So here it can be seen that over the past 10 days, Buterin's latest transaction was in a series of ETH deposits to Coinbase, where he deposited about 2,421 ETH worth $3.94 million starting from September 15, 2023.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>In addition to depositing 321 ETH to Kraken on September 15 until September 19, Buterin also deposited 1,700 ETH to Bitstamp in several transactions on September 17 and 20, then 500 ETH to Paxos.</p><p><br /></p><p>It is already known that some of those transactions were found using access to the Nansen 2 beta wallet profiler, but the transfer of 2,000 ETH worth $4.9 million to an address that carried out transactions from another wallet has long been linked to Buterin.</p><p><br /></p><p>The action taken by Buterin has received significant attention as it is not only able to influence the sentiment of the crypto market but also the confidence of investors who are now worried about his strategy and intentions.</p><p><br /></p><p>Earlier on August 21, 2023, a transaction of 600 ETH worth $1 million from the address vitalik.eth was identified by the on-chain monitoring platform.</p>
