US stocks set to gain for fourth day

Futures substantially higher
S&P 500 futures point to a 37 point gain at the open following a better-than-expected June US jobs report.
The index gained 15 points yesterday to close at 3115 in a continuation of the strong rally after touching 3000 on Monday.
