US November NFIB small business optimism index 90.6 vs 90.7 prior

It reinforces the notion that small business sentiment is still rather languishing but not really pointing to any major recession-like signals at least. One thing to note is that NFIB says the net percentage of firms increasing employment has
been negative since March, with more firms decreasing jobs than
adding them.</p>
