US equity futures modestly higher ahead of the open

<p>Happy Friday.</p><p>It's been a great two-week run for US equities and it will look to wrap up in positive fashion. S&amp;P 500 futures are up 10 points, or 0.2% shortly before the open. Nasdaq futures are flat.</p>
