US equities set for small decline at the open

<p>S&amp;P 500 futures are down 2 points to 4387 as the quarter winds down. Last week was the first decline in the Nasdaq following eight weeks of gains.</p><p>Shares of Carnival are lower by 5% despite some upbeat comments on demand from the cruise liner. Shares of Tesla are 2% lower after Goldman Sachs downgraded the company to neutral from buy, citing valuation.</p>
