US dollar sags the bounces back

<p>It's all about flows today as the US dollar bounces around.</p><p>The dollar sank quickly but has rebound right back. It comes with choppy trading elsewhere as the S&amp;P 500 pares a sharp pre-market loss down to just 8 points. Within that, there's been a quick shift from value stocks outperforming to tech, with the Nasdaq now flat on the day.</p>
