UK household energy bills set to rise as Ofgem raises price cap for next year
<p>Ofgem just announced that they will be raising the price cap on what gas and electricity suppliers can charge customers, up from £1,834 to £1,928 starting from 1 January 2024. That is an equivalent of a 5% increase in price. And with the government not making mention of any further support to households on energy bills, this will put more pressure on the UK consumer in general.</p><p><br></p>
