Turn the machines back on! Globex is open.

<p>US equity index futures are open for trade on Globex, along with other contracts too of course, interest rates and what have you. </p><p>The CME shut down Globex for a few hours for the US Labor Day holiday. Cash markets were completely closed for the day. These reopen Tuesday morning. </p><p>Its still Monday in Chicago:</p>
