announced the launch today (Monday), noting that the new platform offers
traders access to over 100 API-powered technology platforms to meet their
trading styles and strategies. </p><p>The launch
of the platform, which has been dubbed <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/tag/tradier/" target="_blank" rel="follow">The Tradier Hub</a>, comes four months after
the financial technology
provider <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/forex/tradier-gets-246m-to-address-graduation-effect-among-retail-traders/" target="_blank" rel="follow">raised $24.6 million</a> from a Series B <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/terms/f/funding-round/">funding round</a>
led by PEAK6 Strategic Capital, a New York-based investment firm. Tradier at
the time said it will use the fund to address the demand for more custom platforms
and content engagement among the new crop of active retail traders, <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/" target="_blank" rel="follow">Finance Magnates</a> reported. It described the gap as the “graduation effect”. </p><p>“Today's
traders are locked within the barriers of their brokerage offerings and are
limited by the expensive choices that these legacy vertical platforms offer,”
Tradier explained in a statement. “The Tradier Hub provides a free, universal
resource for traders looking for live, intraday education with experienced
industry leaders to grow and enhance their strategies.”</p><p>As a
brokerage API company, Tradier powers over 100 <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/terms/r/retail-trading/">retail trading</a> platforms and
accounts from more than 150 countries.
Through the new platform, the company boasts that
traders will get access to options trading, timely market news and insights, and real-time community
interaction. </p><p>"It's
important to note that the trader of 2023 is fundamentally different from ten years
ago,” noted Tradier
CEO, Dan Raju. “In a post-pandemic retail investor market, macro trends like
the graduation of millennial traders to more advanced tools, the
internationalization of the brokerage market, same-day options expirations, and
content-driven digitization, have taken effect in a major
way.”</p>
