RBNZ Governor Orr says he does not rule out direct purchase of government bonds

Orr has said this before, debt monetisation.
I just posted on it here in reference to the Bank of England 
Anyway, back to Orr:
– does not rule out direct purchase of government bonds
That last comment, Orr is being remarkably honest for a central banker.
