Olli Rehn to return to position of Bank of Finland governor, ECB governing council member

<p>For some context, Rehn had been on leave since June last year as he made a bid for the Finnish presidency. He got ousted in the first round of the contest on Sunday though. Thus, failing to qualify for the run-off election next month. Rehn had been one of the more vocal ECB members in the past, with a more neutral stance. So, we can surely look forward to what he has to say about things in the months ahead.</p>
