Oil – its not all bad news for price (OPEC+ supply cuts)

Just scanning a few notes and this on production cuts in OPEC and its partners:
– Nigeria, Angola, Gabon and Brunei all submitted plans to the OPEC secretariat showing their output will be cut back.
The biggies in the deal bringing togher OPEC and its "+" are Saudi and  Russia. Still, some positive signs from the smaller
