<p>Most notably, Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) ended its partnership with the AI giant in 2013 after the introduction of the redesigned Mac Pro hit the market. Allegedly, the redesign featured a unique cylindrical form factor to which Nvidia’s GPUs were unsuitable. Following this, Apple terminated the contract and opted for AMD’s (NASDAQ: AMD) GPUs instead, which worked more efficiently with the new cylindrical cooling system.</p>
