North Korean dictator Kim to meet with Russia, China delegations to deepen military ties

<p>North Korea's Kim Jong Un will meet with high-level delegations from Russia &amp; China in Pyongyang.</p><p>Discussions will centre on deepening military ties.</p><p>Kim is expected to host some sort of huge military spectacle to mark 70 years since the end (ceasefire) of the Korean War.</p>
