<h3>Tell us a little bit about you.<strong><br />
</strong></h3>
<p>I work full-time and use forex as a hobby.<br />
I&#8217;m a lab manager. I&#8217;ve been working in the lab for over 20 years. I didn&#8217;t know what forex was until someone posted a video about it. I find trading forex really fun when you win trades or profit.</p>
<h3>How long have you been trading?</h3>
<p>I&#8217;ve been trading since high school. Stock trading from high school to adulthood. I learned forex trading about 5 years ago. I wish I could&#8217;ve learned about forex sooner. In the US, nobody talks about currency trading. I would always wonder why the news would talk about the pound, dollar, and yen.</p>
<h3>Briefly describe your Trading Plan and how it contributes to your success.<strong><br />
</strong></h3>
<p>I use indicators.<br />
First off, I don&#8217;t consider myself successful. If I were, I wouldn&#8217;t be using prop firms. I&#8217;m still trying to figure things out. I would use indicators, and it would let me know when to buy and sell. As of now, it&#8217;s working. I got paid recently.</p>
<h3>Please share with us a challenge you faced in your trading career and how you overcame it.<strong><br />
</strong></h3>
<p>Everything is mostly mental, and you need to be strong-minded.<br />
I&#8217;m still facing challenges. There are times I get so eager to put in a trade, and it doesn&#8217;t go my way. I would trade before my indicator would let me know because I always want the best entry. Also, I&#8217;m doing my best to put stop losses. Most of the time, I avoid them, but I do put them on when I know news is coming up.</p>
<h3>How did you adjust risk management to your trading personality?<strong><br />
</strong></h3>
<p>I&#8217;m still working on my risk management. For sure, I put stop losses for news. I don&#8217;t over-leverage like I used to. I&#8217;ll take the loss and try to win the war.</p>
<h3><strong>Describe a key moment in your trading career</strong></h3>
<p>I don&#8217;t have a key moment yet. If I would assume one, it&#8217;ll be getting paid 12 months in a row. I&#8221;&#8216;ll find that as a successful trader.</p>
<h3>How long does it take to become a consistent trader, and what aspects did you change that helped you become consistent?<strong><br />
</strong></h3>
<p>I&#8217;m an average trader. I wish I could be better.<br />
Every time I get disqualified from a live or demo account, I try to learn from my mistakes. I would ask myself why did I enter so early or why I didn&#8217;t close with a stop loss. I used to trade every symbol available. Now, I only trade 2 or 3 symbols.</p>

<h3>What is your mental/psychological strength, and how did you develop it?</h3>
<p>I&#8217;m still working on my mental strength, and its still in development.<br />
I want to say I&#8217;m still weak at forex. If I can win 90% of my trades, then I&#8217;ll consider myself mentally strong. The more trades I win the more my mental strength gets developed.</p>
<h3>What was your strategy to successfully pass The5ers&#8217; evaluation?<strong><br />
</strong></h3>
<p>My strategy is based on the indicators that I used.<br />
My strategy was to stay calm and cool-headed. I try not to get eager and follow my indicators.</p>
<h3>How is trading for The5ers different from trading by yourself?<strong><br />
</strong></h3>
<p>As everyone says, there is a better chance to make more with prop firms than yourself.</p>
<h3>What would you recommend to someone who is just starting with us?<strong><br />
</strong></h3>
<p>Learn from your losses.<br />
I would recommend they do the Bootcamp. It looks like a training block for them.</p>
