<p>Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.</p>
<p>At the close in Tel Aviv, the gained 2.26% to hit a new 6-months high.</p>
<p>The best performers of the session on the were <span itemscope="" itemtype="http://schema.org/Corporation"><span itemprop="name"> Israel Corp </span></span> (TASE:), which rose 6.44% or 6,400.00 points to trade at 105,800.00 at the close. Meanwhile, <span itemscope="" itemtype="http://schema.org/Corporation"><span itemprop="name"> ICL </span></span> Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:) added 6.30% or 135.00 points to end at 2,277.00 and <span itemscope="" itemtype="http://schema.org/Corporation"><span itemprop="name"> Mizrahi Tefahot </span></span> (TASE:) was up 4.22% or 550.00 points to 13,590.00 in late trade.</p>
<p>The worst performers of the session were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:), which fell 1.01% or 30.00 points to trade at 2,934.00 at the close. Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:) declined 0.61% or 3.00 points to end at 490.00 and <span itemscope="" itemtype="http://schema.org/Corporation"><span itemprop="name"> Big </span></span> Shopping Centers Ltd (TASE:) was 0.00% or 0.00 points to 34,760.00.</p>
<p>Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 342 to 126 and 29 ended unchanged.</p>
<p>Crude oil for September delivery was up 2.04% or 1.51 to $75.59 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 1.69% or 1.33 to hit $79.83 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.47% or 28.85 to trade at $1,985.25 a troy ounce.</p>
<p>USD/ILS was down 0.97% to 3.59, while EUR/ILS fell 1.11% to 4.03.</p>
<p>The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.11% at 99.64.</p>
