<p> The Terra Luna Classic community has voted on the v2.2.1 core upgrade proposal by L1 Task Force developers to bring important changes to the blockchain. The tokens of the Terra ecosystem, namely LUNC, LUNA, and USTC, recorded massive trading volumes during the submission of the main proposal and this v2.2.1 core upgrade was enabled for administrative voting.</p><p><br /></p><p>L1 Terra Classic Task Force (L1TF) developer, Vinh Nguyen, announced that this v2.2.1 core upgrade is up for voting. If approved, the L1TF development team will scale the network to a block height of 14,514,000, estimated to occur at 14:15 UTC on September 12.</p><p><br /></p><p>L1TF previously reported that the development team has successfully completed the upgrade of the test framework and all the issues encountered have now been fixed. Early voting shows that the community supports this proposal, with 99.65% voting "Yes". However, some are against this proposal because the last upgrade has had an impact on dApps and projects on the network like Astroport.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>This upgrade introduces several key features including cosmos SDK upgrade, tendermint migration to CometBFT, IBC-go to v6, and wasmd. This upgrade also implements important changes that have been approved through an administrative vote including the separation of the combustion tax to the distribution module.</p><p><br /></p><p>The Terra ecosystem token has recorded massive trading volume in the last 24 hours. LUNC and LUNA experienced volume increases of 300% and 1900% respectively. The price also shows upward momentum.</p><p><br /></p><p>The price of LUNC jumped 2% in the last 24 hours, with the price currently at $0.000060. Meanwhile, the price of LUNA is trading at $0.41, up nearly 6% in the last 24 hours. The 24-hour low and high were $0.391 and $0.474, respectively.</p>
