<p>June Felix, who joined <a href="https://www.leaprate.com/forex/brokers/ig-groups-total-revenue-falls-7-in-q3fy23/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">IG Group</a> as a non-executive director in 2015 before becoming CEO, is renowned for expanding the company&#8217;s geographic presence and diversifying its product offerings. Under her leadership, IG Group successfully completed the acquisition of <a href="https://www.leaprate.com/forex/institutional/ig-group-completes-1-billion-deal-with-tastytrade/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tastytrade</a>, a US-based trading platform, in a deal valued at $1 billion.</p>
<p>Charlie Rozes, who assumed the position of <a href="https://www.leaprate.com/forex/executives/ig-group-announces-new-chief-financial-officer-charlie-rozes/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">CFO at IG Group in 2020</a>, brings a wealth of experience to the role. Prior to joining the company, he held a partner position at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 2001 and served in senior executive positions at IBM and Bank of America.</p>
