<p>(Reuters) – <span itemscope="" itemtype="http://schema.org/Corporation"><span itemprop="name"> IBM </span></span> (NYSE:) on Monday said that it would buy Software AG’s StreamSets and webMethods platforms for 2.13 billion euros ($2.33 billion) in cash.</p>
