Gundlach says the Fed has failed and is fundamentally broken

Has a bone to pick with the Federal Reserve: 
If memory serves Gundlach said he covered all his shorts in US stocks etc. pretty close to the bottom of the plunge in March. Maybe he wanted a bit more time down there to gather more longs?
