Gold erases losses in rally back above $1700

Nice turnaround in gold
Gold fell as low as $1694 today but has bounced back to $1709 alongside broader risk trades.
Gold is now virtually unchanged on the day and that helps to keep the series of higher lows intact. I think we need something on the fiscal or central bank front to get gold moving
