Exclusive: XTB Hires CTO from Polish E-Commerce Giant to Develop AI Solutions

Dubiel, a seasoned expert in e-commerce and technology, has joined XTB, a publicly listed company specializing in online investment platforms. As exclusively revealed to
Finance Magnates, Dubiel will serve as the Chief Product and Technology
Officer (CTO) starting this September, focusing on advancing the company's
technological strategy.</p><p>A Strategic Move for XTB's
Technology Division</p><p>While <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/tag/xtb/" target="_blank" rel="follow">XTB
</a>is still mainly associated with a company in the <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/terms/r/retail-trading/">retail trading</a> sector, it has
been developing proprietary technology and investment platforms in recent years,
increasingly focusing on technology. The Technology Division accounts for
approximately <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/forex/xtb-surpasses-1000-employees-milestone-40-work-in-it-department/" target="_blank" rel="follow">40% of the company's workforce</a>.</p><p>With Adam
Dubiel at the helm, the company aims to strengthen this crucial department
further. Before joining XTB, Dubiel spent over a decade as a CTO with Allegro,
a leader in the e-commerce industry in Poland.</p><p>"I am

He will lead a team of over 400 specialists in software engineering, IT
infrastructure management, product management, UX, data analysis, and Data

XTB's standing as a top technology company in Poland. "Innovation and new
products are key elements in executing our business strategy. Modern investment
is technology-based, which is why we are heavily investing in our Technology
Division," he revealed to Finance Magnates.</p><p>XTB Employs over 1,000 People</p><p>XTB is one
of the major investment brokers globally, operating in 13 markets across
Europe, Latin America, and Asia. The company recently surpassed 1,000 global
employees, and its net operating profit exceeded <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/forex/xtb-seeks-to-committ-50-of-profit-to-dividends-25-to-shares-buyback/" target="_blank" rel="follow">766 million PLN in 2022 alone</a>.</p><p>For over a decade, XTB has been focused on developing its <a href="https://www.financemagnates.com/forex/brokers/xtb-india-releases-browser-based-xstation/" target="_blank" rel="follow">proprietary xStation trading software and mobile application</a>. This has led to a significant shift in recruitment towards software developers and IT experts. Ay the company's Warsaw headquarters, the number of IT experts reaches 56%.
