European Central Bank President Lagarde speaking Tuesday on systemic shocks

<p>Coming up at 1200 GMT, 0800 US Eastern time, participation by ECB President Christine Lagarde in Official Plenary Session "Facing the great systemic shocks: How to foster stability in movement" at the IMF/World Bank Annual meetings in Marrakech, Morocco</p><p>-</p><p>Thats the only scheduled ECb speaker I have. No doubt a few will pop up elsewhere. </p>
