EU to table compromise proposal on recovery fund next week, says senior official

The overall figure will remain at €750 billion
A senior EU official being cited by Bloomberg and Reuters is saying that negotiations for the recovery fund will be very difficult and that European Council president, Charles Michel, plans to table a compromise proposal on the matter next week.
