<p> Since May 2012, the People’s Bank of China has been steadily lowering the interest rate, supporting Chinese manufacturers. The last time in 2019 the bank lowered the rate by 0.05% in November, and in February 2020 made another decrease. Currently, the interest rate is at 4.05%. </p>
