<p>&nbsp;It is reported that 6 companies from Malaysia have successfully appeared in the Forbes Asia 100 To Watch list for 2023.</p><p><br /></p><p>The Forbes Asia 100 is a list of small companies and start-ups in Asia Pacific that are showing the potential to grow across a wide range of fields.</p><p><br /></p><p>In the list released, Singapore appeared with 20 companies, Indonesia 11 companies and the Philippines as many as 9 companies.</p><p><br /></p><p>Here are 6 companies from Malaysia listed in the watch list.</p><p><br /></p><p>Aerodyne</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>This technology company produces automated drones for use in spraying crops, inspecting power lines and monitoring roads in cities. Since it was founded, this company is said to have conducted 458,000 operations in 45 countries and generated around RM316 million.</p><p><br /></p><p>BoomGrow</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>This agricultural company uses agricultural technology to produce green plants that are clean and highly nutritious. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the company also operates in the Philippines.</p><p><br /></p><p>Care Concierge</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>This company provides support services to the elderly with the best facilities and care. Through their application, users can choose from over 2,000 nurses, caregivers and therapists. Founded in 2017 and until now the company has successfully raised funds up to around RM18 million.</p><p><br /></p><p>Involve Asia</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>A marketing platform that connects brands with micro-influencers who have under 100,000 followers on social media for affiliate marketing or other advertising programs. The company has partnered with over 500 brands including international labels such as Nike and Sephora. So far, the company has managed to generate around RM77 million.</p><p><br /></p><p>Lapasar</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Initially founded in 2016, this company provides a wholesale website for cleaning equipment, IT equipment and office supplies. But growing rapidly during the pandemic by providing supplies to medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and large companies. Having stores and a distribution network that includes more than 10,000 suppliers, this company has generated around RM26.5 million.</p><p><br /></p><p>Policy Street</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>The company provides digital insurance solutions to businesses and consumers. Based in Kuala Lumpur, they have partnered with e-commerce giant Shopee for package insurance, and also with e-hailing company Grab for driver insurance. This company is reported to have generated over Rm100 million from investors including Khazanah Nasional.</p>
