All SBF Crimes Will Be Covered by His Lawyer! What Happened?

"Haih there is a cunning tactic to get rid of the charges."

Following the trial of Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) only a few days away, the 31-year-old former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FTX has planned to blame his lawyer for the crime he committed.

Through the defense of a lawyer's advice, the crime of SBF is likely to be reduced and although it requires concrete evidence, memos and other forms of written communication can also be used as evidence that can be used.

If that method is adopted in the SBF case, the former CEO of FTX will be allowed to say that he did not intend to break the law and was only following the advice and guidance of his lawyer who assured him that his actions at FTX were correct.

So here it can be seen that SBF's argument not only undermines the testimony of one of the main witnesses of the prosecution who is a former FTX internal lawyer but also invalidates the privilege of privacy between lawyer and client.

However, it should be known that SBF has not yet revealed the lawyer he will consult to be mentioned later.

It is already known that there is a court order from the government lawyer asking the SBF lawyer to extend his lawyer's advice on August 23, 2023, but if the lawyer fails to comply then the federal prosecutor's defense tactics will be prevented during the trial.

Currently, SBF is still being held in prison following a request from the Department of Justice (DoJ) of the United States (US) which forced the court to revoke his $250 million bail bond, therefore he will remain in prison until his next trial in October 2023.
