For real? Kim Jong Un Invites Putin to 'Coffee' in North Korea
<p> Kim Jong Un has invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit North Korea as the two leaders hold their first face-to-face summit in Moscow.</p><p><br /></p><p>According to the North Korean news agency KCNA, Putin accepted the invitation although there was no immediate confirmation from the Kremlin.</p><p><br /></p><p>During the meeting, the North Korean leader was shown the most modern space launch facility in Russia, in addition to holding discussions with their defense ministers.</p><p><br /></p><p>Joining Kim's delegation to Moscow are the defense minister, the supreme commander of the military and the director of the country's weapons department.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Kim Jong Un's visit to Russia has raised concerns in the United States that Kim may be willing to sell weapons to Moscow for its war in Ukraine.</p><p><br /></p><p>Washington has even accused North Korea of providing weapons to Russia, but it is unclear whether any shipments have been made.</p><p><br /></p><p>Russia and North Korea have denied the allegations, but pledged to strengthen their defense cooperation.</p><p><br /></p><p>On Thursday, Kim will be taken on a tour of military and civilian aviation factories in the Russian city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur and Russia's Pacific fleet in Vladivostok.</p>
