China has cancelled a trip by European Union's Borrell scheduled for next week

China has cancelled a trip by European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell that was scheduled for next week.</p><p>The info came overnight via a spokesperson for the EU. Said there were no reasons given. </p><p>Borrell was due to arrive on Monday to meet Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang and other senior officials.</p>
