Lithium curbs are the fear.</a></li></ul><p>German Economy Minister Robert Habeck has sounded the alarm bell already:</p><ul><li>said the government in Berlin must “learn the lesson from recent years in terms of what a certain sovereignty in production, energy and economic security really means.”
