Dow Jones Index Aims Higher Following Fed Chair Powell, Secretary Mnuchin Testimony

The Dow Jones index is pushing modestly higher following testimony from Fed Chair Powell, and Treasury Secretary Mnuchin to the Senate Banking Committee regarding the CARES Act
