Oil doesn't like the sound of 'voluntary' oil production cuts

<p>WTI crude is trading near the low of the session after reports said that today's cuts will be 'voluntary' and announced by the countries themselves. Crude is down about 50 cents since the announcement and is now lower on the day.</p><p>The question oil traders are asking themselves right now is: Do I trust OPEC countries? </p><p>Update: Oil is down $1.</p>
