first time since August</li><li>Service-sector mood rose for a
second month in November, to +27 (from October +24)</li></ul><p>—</p><p>Reuters Tankan indexes are calculated by subtracting the percentage of pessimistic respondents from optimistic ones. A positive reading means optimists outnumber pessimists.</p>
